2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

It has always been our goal to produce wines that are true to varietal character and the 2018 Cabernet is no exception. This wine has a very briery almost dusty nose marked with blackberries, black cherries, raspberries, cassis, and anise seed. Ripe berries mingle with tobacco leaf, cedar, chocolate, vanilla, and a touch of violets. Integrated oak and firm, ripe tannins grip the palate and give way to a long chewy finish. The Cabernet Sauvignon is predominately from the Kiona Vineyards on Red Mountain. The vintage was cool and long allowing maximum flavors to develop while keeping sugar levels low.

2021 Sauvignon Blanc

Our first vintage of Sauvignon Blanc was released in 1990. As a testament to tradition and vineyard excellence, we continue to use the finest grapes grown in Washington State. The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from Columbia Valley and represents classic Sauvignon Blanc with floral notes of honeysuckle and fruit notes of pear with a hint of a grassy character. Our fermentations are done in stainless steel tanks, with extended lees contact for added complexity.
