Custom Magnum Event
Saturday & Sunday, June 8 & 9, 10am-2pm
at DiStefano Winery
We invite you to join us for a unique winemaking experience — bottling of your own magnum. Mark Newton and Tracey LaPierre will take you through the whole bottling process. During the event you will taste the wine, then bottle, label and wax your very own magnum to enjoy.
You may bottle your magnums with the following wine varietals:
2012 Sauvignon Blanc - Double-GOLD medal winner at Seattle Wine Awards
This is our most popular white wine. The first vintage was released in 1990 and was made predominately from grapes grown by Roza Hills Vineyard, the oldest vineyard in the DiStefano Winery repertoire. Previous vintages received 90 pts in Wine Spectator and were on the Top Value lists. This would be a perfect bottle of wine for any summer party! tasting note
This is a first vintage of Sangiovese produced by DiStefano Winery. We poured barrel samples of this wine at Passport to Woodinville event and people loved it. You will be the first one to have a bottle of this wine, as it has not been released to the public yet.
No more than two people are allowed for 1 magnum reservation. The event is limited to 100 people per day. Reservation deadline is June 2. NOTE, last event was sold out. To insure your spot, we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance. If you are unable to attend this event, but wish to get a magnum, we can certainly bottle one for you. Just put a note in the comment box that you will pick it up later at the winery.

Iron Vintner Challenge 2013
at the Barking Frog, Willows Lodge
It’s the event of the season – the one you’ve been waiting for all year…our 4th Annual Iron Vintner Challenge where four Woodinville winemakers square off in a head-to-head cooking competition. Over the course of three weeks in June, our competitors will be put to the test to see who is the best cook and will ultimately be crowned our 2013 Iron Vintner.
